More than a one-click background remover
RIVANI Background Remover creates a foreground alpha mask around the main person, product, graphic or object. After automatic cutout, you can inspect the boundary, repair mistakes, change the background and export without rerunning AI for every small adjustment.
RIVANI Precision
The public interface uses one quality-first cutout path called RIVANI Precision. Free users are not pushed to a lower-quality model. RIVANI chooses a stable execution path for the device while keeping the same user-facing quality target.
Subject presets
- Auto for general people and objects
- Hair for portrait, hair and fur
- Product for firmer product edges
- Glass for softer translucent boundaries
- Logo for harder text and graphic edges
Edge precision and manual repair
- Edge Clean
- Expand / Contract
- Feather
- Edge Decontaminate
- Multi-subject selection
- Cutout Guard
- Erase / Restore brush, Undo and Reset AI Mask
Check the result over transparency, white and black. A halo that is invisible on one background often becomes obvious on another.
Background replacement and finish
After cutout, the page can render the subject over Transparent, White, Black, Blur, a Studio gradient, a custom color or a custom image. Studio Shadow and product-canvas presets are also available.
Exports
- Transparent PNG
- Transparent WebP
- Composite JPEG
- Alpha Mask PNG
- Shadow Layer PNG
- Asset Pack ZIP
Public Beta All Access and future Pro
Public Beta All Access: no successful-job daily cap, with the same RIVANI Precision quality, subject presets, edge controls, manual repair, background choices and current implemented exports.
Future Pro: still planned for a later launch. Public pricing and QR/UPI payment remain disabled during Beta, and cutout quality is not paywalled.
Difficult images and realistic limits
- Hair or fur against a similar-color background can still require cleanup.
- Transparent glass, smoke, motion blur and reflections are inherently difficult.
- Low-contrast edges can retain a halo or lose fine detail.
- Multiple overlapping people or objects can need manual selection or mask repair.
Privacy and first-use loading
Image pixels are processed in the browser. The required AI engine is downloaded to the device and can be cached, so the first run can take longer.
