Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 September 2026 · Terms for the RIVANI AI public Beta.

PoliciesPrivacyTermsAcceptable UseCookies

1. Using RIVANI AI

You may use the website and available tools only in accordance with these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

2. Public Beta status

The current active suite is a public Beta. Features may change, be limited, paused or removed while RIVANI tests quality, stability, device compatibility and operating cost. Upcoming pages or controls do not guarantee a release date.

3. Your content

You are responsible for files, text and other content you submit and should have the rights or permission required to process that content.

4. AI output

AI-generated or AI-modified results can contain errors, artifacts or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing or distributing them.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email or Google account you use for sign-in and for activity under your RIVANI account.

6. Service availability

RIVANI AI does not promise uninterrupted access to every Beta or planned feature. The current public Beta has no fixed successful-job daily cap on the three active AI media tools. Technical, safety, device-capacity and abuse-prevention restrictions may still be used when reasonably necessary to protect reliability.

7. No professional advice

General AI utilities are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other licensed professional advice.

8. Termination and abuse

Access may be restricted if the service is used to harm others, violate law, interfere with infrastructure or breach the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Pro and billing

RIVANI Pro is an upcoming plan and is not currently available for public purchase. No public Pro price is finalized for the current Beta. QR/UPI checkout, UTR submission and payment-proof upload are disabled for new purchases. Any future pricing, limits and payment methods will be published before paid access is opened.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as pricing, accounts, storage and processing features are introduced or changed.

11. Account deletion

A signed-in user may request account deletion, confirm the exact account username and receive a 7-day grace period before permanent deletion. The request can be cancelled during the grace period. After the deadline, the account service deletes the Firebase Authentication account during its next scheduled processing run.
