1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how RIVANI AI may handle information when you visit the website, create an account or use a tool. Individual tool screens provide additional processing details where relevant.
2. Account information
If you choose Google sign-in, Google may share basic account information such as your name, email address and profile image, depending on the permissions you approve. Email/password accounts provide the email address and username entered during signup.
3. Files and tool inputs
The current AI Audio Repair, Image Enhancer and Background Remover workflows are designed around browser-side media processing. Required model/engine files may be downloaded to your device and cached. RIVANI should update the tool notice before changing a local workflow into a remote-upload workflow.
4. Usage and technical data
The site may receive standard technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and error logs. RIVANI may use server-side account and technical usage records for reliability, security and abuse prevention. The current public Beta does not apply a fixed successful-job daily cap to the three active AI media tools. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser/request signals on protected forms to reduce automated abuse.
5. Why information may be used
- Provide sign-in and account functions.
- Operate requested tools and return results.
- Enforce Free usage limits and prevent abuse.
- Diagnose technical problems and improve reliability.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Retention
File-retention rules should be defined per tool. Temporary uploads, if any are introduced later, should be deleted as soon as they are no longer required unless the user explicitly chooses to save them.
7. Third-party providers
Authentication or AI-assistant providers may process data under their own terms. LUKI messages may be processed through configured server-side AI providers. Provider API keys are kept server-side rather than exposed in browser code.
8. Your choices
You may choose not to create an account unless a tool requires it. Where applicable, you may request deletion of account data or stop using a tool before processing a file.
9. Children and restricted use
RIVANI AI is not designed to knowingly collect information from children in ways that violate applicable law. Age requirements should be finalized before a commercial launch.
10. Changes
This policy may change as tools, authentication, billing and processing systems evolve. The “Last updated” date will be changed when material terms change.
11. Account deletion
A signed-in user can request account deletion from the dashboard. The request enters a 7-day grace period during which it can be cancelled. After the deadline, an automated account service permanently deletes the Firebase Authentication account during a scheduled processing run.
12. Billing during public Beta
RIVANI Pro is not currently available for public purchase. Pricing is not finalized and the public QR/UPI payment, UTR and screenshot-submission checkout is disabled during Beta.
If RIVANI retains historical payment-verification records from an earlier test, access should remain restricted to authorized administrative use and applicable retention/security rules. Never send a UPI PIN, OTP, banking password, card PIN or other authentication secret to RIVANI.
13. Contact messages
If you use the Contact form, RIVANI receives the name, email address, selected subject and message you submit. Contact messages may be stored in the RIVANI support backend for support, bug reports, feedback or business enquiries. Do not submit passwords, private keys or other secrets.
